STORY

Jejamuran Restaurant – Mr. Ratidjo has cultivated mushroom since 1968 when he was assigned to make mushroom seed in Dieng. But in 1997, he decided to quit the job and began breeding his own mushrooms in Yogyakarta. Mr. Ratidjo and his wife opened Jejamuran in 2007 which was only sold in front of the house with three menus of mushroom such as sate, mushrooms kukus and mushroom fried flour, then in 2009 he changed into restaurant. He gave the name Jejamuran because all the food dishes made from mushrooms. Now the menu of the mashroom being offered more complete.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Jejamuran restaurant Jogja is the most recomended resto for you as a vegetarian or mushroom lovers. The restaurant which using mushroom theme is only in Yogyakarta. The entire list of menus will serve in a professional and modern style and the mushrooms also chosen from the best quality, safe and free of disease. Beside restaurant, Jejamuran also as a place to learn how to cultivate various types of mushrooms. This restaurant was the result of collaboration between Mr Ratidjo HS who has business cultivation of mushroom and his wife Indaryati are good at cooking.

The mushrooms are developed by Mr. Ratidjo is a common type such as Jerami, Tiram, Telinga and Shitake. While other types are quite expensive like Inoki, Simeji, Lingi, Maytake, Tiram biru, Abu abu, Coklat planted in organic wood and straw containing carbon (C) in the form of carbohydrate and nitrogen (N ) in ammonium form. For the menu that they serve namely Sate mushroom, goulash, tongseng, soup, oseng, botok  and modern mushroom like Tom yum mushroom.

Start From Adisucipto Airport: Firstly you can take Trans Jogja with route ( 3A ) and stop in Condongcatur shelter, then please take route ( 2A ) and stop in Jombor bus station, then take motorcycle ( ojek ) to Jejamuran Restaurant.

Start From Giwangan Bus Station: Firstly you can take Trans Jogja with route ( 3B ) and stop in Ngabean shelter, then please take route ( 2B ) and stop in Jombor bus station, then take motorcycle ( ojek ) to Jejamuran Restaurant.

Start From Jombor Bus Station: You can directly take a motorcycle ( ojek ) to Jejamuran Restaurant.

Start From Tugu Railway Station: Firstly you can take Trans Jogja with route ( 3A ) and stop in Ngabean shelter, then please take route ( 2B ) and stop in Jombor bus station, then take motorcycle ( ojek ) to Jejamuran Restaurant.
